WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER?

Our team will send you an email containing access to our course, a full information pack and a link to our online exam diary where you can select your time and date for your exam. Once you’ve sat and passed the exam, we will post your certificate to you to arrive within a week. If you have chosen to have your DBS check and Application processed, we will set you up on our system and explain the process in full. It’s very straightforward with very little for you to actually do!

NO NEED TO SET UP A 3RD DEVICE TO RECORD, YOU ARE INVIGLATED LIVE ON A 1-2-1 BASIS WITH INSTANT RESULT AT THE END

EXAM TIMES ARE AVAILABLE EVERY 30 MINUTES, 7 DAYS A WEEK

Don’t worry, it’s not complicated but for the exam you are required to have a working camera on your computer and to sit in a quiet room without disturbance. When connected to the examining body for the exam, a live invigilator will oversee your exam to make sure its integrity is kept. At the end of the exam you will get an instant result without having to wait for 5-10 days for marking. Easy!

We’ll send you the full studio voiced course, the book version in a PDF and online mock exams with different questions. We have a 97% first time pass rate, but should you need it, the resit is totally free providing you have completed the e-learning in full.
